环保型丁苯橡胶SBR1502E性能优化研究

摘要 对不同厂家生产的环保型乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1502E(以下简称SBR1502E)进行结构性能进行剖析,并研究了促进剂种类及用量对胶料力学性能和硫化特性的的影响.结果表明:添加含苯并噻唑基团和硫代己烷基团的促进剂对提高SBR1502E的硫化性能和拉伸性能效果最佳;其用量(质量份)在0.05~0.1时,对提高SBR1502E的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都有较好的表现. The structural properties of environment-friendly emulsion styrene butadiene rubber SBR1502E produced by different manufacturers were analyzed.The effect of the type and dosage of the accelerators on mechanical properties and vulcanization characteristics of the rubber was studied.The results showed that addition of sulfur-containing group accelerator had a better effect on vulcanization and tensile properties of SBR1502E.When the dosage(mass fraction)was between 0.05 and 0.10,the 300%constant elongation,tensile strength and elongation at break of SBR1502E were improved.
