降低汽油池烯烃含量的技术措施

摘要 为满足车用国VIB汽油烯烃含量要求,降低某石化公司汽油池烯烃含量,通过不同方案对比,采用柴油加氢装置掺炼部分精制重汽油的技术路线,将精制重汽油加氢饱和后分馏得到的精制石脑油送至连续重整装置作为原料;通过工艺优化,汽油池的烯烃体积分数由14.33%降至13.06%,柴油加氢装置运行稳定,同时还提高了高附加值轻质芳烃的产量. In order to meet requirements of the olefin content of National VIB gasoline for vehicles and reduce the olefin content in the gasoline pool,through comparison of different schemes,the technical route of diesel hydrotreating unit blending part of refined heavy gasoline was adopted,the refined heavy gasoline was saturated by hydrogenation and fractionated to obtain refined naphtha,which was sent to the continuous reforming unit as raw material.Through process optimization,the olefin volume fraction in the gasoline pool was decreased from 14.33%to 13.06%,and operation of the diesel oil hydrogenation unit was stable.At the same time,output of the light aromatics with high added value was increased.
