酸性水罐罐顶气体VOCs治理工艺的优化

摘要 针对酸性水储罐罐顶气体冲破水封和恶臭气体直排大气,造成现场异味和环境污染等问题,通过对常规技术的改进,提出了将酸性水罐罐顶气体经脱液罐脱液、水环真空泵升压后直接送至催化裂化装置余热锅炉燃烧的优化措施.措施实施后,酸性水储罐实现了有机挥发物(VOCs)达标排放,现场环境和异味情况得到明显改善,还降低了常规恶臭处理设施运行成本. In view of the problems such as on-site odor and environmental pollution caused by sour water tank roof gas breaking through the water seal and malodorous gas being directly discharged into atmosphere,by the improvement of conventional technology,the optimization measure was proposed to directly send the sour water tank roof gas to the catalytic cracking unit waste heat boiler for combustion after dewatered by the dehydration tank and boosted by the water ring vacuum pump.After implementation of the measure,the sour water tank realized emission of organic volatile compounds(VOCs)up to the standard.The on-site environment and odor situation had been significantly improved,and operation cost of conventional odor treatment facilities was also reduced.
