摘要
专业愿景被认为是教师专业知识、信念和教学实践转换的重要桥梁。作为教师专业发展的重要表征形式之一,专业愿景可以从概念性、实践性和实证性三个视角进行探究。从其概念来说,教师专业愿景与课堂教学实践、教师专业身份和教师自我意识等密切相关,包含焦点、范围和距离三个维度。其生成受教师经验性因素和情境性因素影响,能够与信念、专业知识和教学实践相转化。情景化的绘画模型和标准化的视频工具是常见的愿景测评方式。未来研究需要重视质性与量化的混合,注重跨学科和背景的多重视角,深化愿景发展和测评研究,并基于文化情景开展实践研究。
Teacher professional vision is considered to be an important bridge for the transformation of teachers'professional knowledge,beliefs and teaching practice.As one of the important representations of teacher professional development,professional vision can be explored from conceptual,practical and empirical viewpoints.Teacher professional vision is closely related to teaching practice,teacher professional identity and teacher self-consciousness.The operational definition can be grasped from three dimensions,including focus,scope and distance.The generation of teacher professional vision is affected by empirical factors and contextual factors,and it can be transformed into beliefs,professional knowledge and teaching practice,and vice versa.Scenario-based painting models and standardized video tools are common methods of vision assessment.Future research needs to pay attention to the combination of qualitative and quantitative,to the integration of multiple perspectives of different disciplines and backgrounds,to further research on vision development and evaluation,and to carry out practical research based on cultural situations.
