基于区块链的农村电商监管档案

Rural E-commerce Supervision Archive Based on Blockchain

针对农村电商业务复杂、信任问题突出,而现有的监管措施在实施时具有局限性的现实情况,提出将区块链应用于农村电商监管,构建基于区块链的农村电商监管档案的构想。研究了基于区块链的农村电商监管档案记录方法、监管信息生成原理以及监管体系拓扑结构,并以顾客监管下农产品培育、生长为例分析了区块链技术下信息生成、记录方式及监管档案的内容结构,对农村电商监管档案管理的原则进行了说明。本研究对区块链在农村电商领域的应用具有很强的指导意义。

Aiming to the complex businesses and prominent trust issues in rural e-commerce,and the limitations of ex-isting supervision measures in implementation,this paper proposes the concept of applying blockchain to rural e-com-merce supervision,and constructs rural e-commerce supervision archives based on blockchain.This paper studies the methods of recording rural e-commerce supervision archives based on blockchain,the principles of supervision informa-tion generation,and the topology structure of supervision system,takes the cultivation and growth of agricultural products under customer supervision as an example,analyses the information generation,recording methods,and the content struc-ture of supervision archives based on blockchain technology,explains the management principles of rural e-commerce su-pervision archives.This study has strong guiding significance for the application of blockchain in rural e-commerce.
