The choice of contract mode is particularly important in construction projects.The appropriate contract mode is conducive to the control of project progress and project cost.Bill pricing contract and EPC engineering procurement construction contract are the two most common contract modes in construction projects.The authors analyze the characteristics advantages and disadvantages applicable scenarios and management strategies of the two contract modes in detail and discuss how to select and apply different contract modes according to the characteristics of the project which can provide reference for the selection of project contract modes.
