Theory and Implementation Method of Decentralized Project Management

笔者通过分析传统集中式项目管理模式存在的弊端,探讨分散型项目管理模式的概念、特点、原则及优势,研究分散型项目管理模式的应用场景与实施方法。结果表明:分散型项目管理模式具有更高的灵活性与适应性,能更好地优化资源满足复杂多变的项目需求。以期为项目管理提供新模式。

By analyzing the disadvantages of the traditional centralized project management mode the authors discuss the concept characteristics principles and advantages of the decentralized project management mode and study the application scenarios and implementation methods of the decentralized project management mode.The results show that the decentralized project management model has higher flexibility and adaptability and can better optimize resources to meet the complex and changeable project needs.The authors hope to provide a new model for project management.
