摘要 通信是应急救援行动中的关键环节,卫星通信由于其覆盖广泛、实时性强和抗干扰能力优越等特点,成为应急救援通信的理想选择。笔者主要针对面向应急救援的卫星通信系统展开研究,重点关注其设计及挑战。首先,介绍了应急救援行动及其通信需求,阐述卫星通信在应急救援中的关键作用;其次,探讨面向应急救援的卫星通信系统设计;最后,对面临的技术挑战、政策法规挑战以及未来发展方向进行分析和展望。此研究旨在为应急救援行动中卫星通信系统的发展和优化提供理论依据和实践参考。 Communication is a key link in emergency rescue operations.Satellite communication has become an ideal choice for emergency rescue communication due to its wide coverage strong real-time performance and superior anti-interference ability.The authors mainly focus on the research of satellite communication system for emergency rescue focusing on its design and challenges.Firstly the emergency rescue operation and its communication requirements are introduced and the key role of satellite communication in emergency rescue is expounded Secondly the design of satellite communication system for emergency rescue is discussed Finally the technical challenges policy and regulation challenges and future development directions are analyzed and prospected.This study aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the development andoptimization of satellite communication systems in emergency rescue operations.
