批判性思维能力对大学生创业意愿的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国大学生创业热情高而创新创业能力不足的矛盾突出,创业教育质量亟待提升。基于全国本科生能力测评数据,研究运用有序Logistic回归模型探讨了批判性思维能力对大学生创业意愿的影响。研究发现:我国大学生的批判性思维能力处于中等偏低水平,且批判性思维能力得分越高的大学生创业意愿越低;但是随着大学生创造性水平的提高,批判性思维能力对大学生创业意愿的抑制作用会有所减弱。研究表明,通过创业教育提高认知思维能力有利于降低大学生的非理性创业倾向;另外,批判性认知思维技能需要与创造性人格相结合才能充分激发大学生的创新创业潜能。研究为理性认识大学生创业、完善创业教育提供了参考。 Because of the prominent contradiction between the high enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of Chinese college students,the quality of entrepreneurship education needs to be improved urgently.Based on the data of National Assessment of Collegiate Capacity(NACC),this paper discusses the relationship between critical thinking skill(CT)and entrepreneurial intention(EI)of college students.The study finds that the CT of Chinese college students is at a medium and low level,amd the higher level of CT the lower the EI of students;however,with the improvement of students'creativity,the negative effect of CT on EI will be reduced.The research shows that improving cognitive thinking skill through entrepreneurship education can reduce the irrational entrepreneurial intention of students;On the other hand,critical thinking skills need to be combined with creative personality to fully stimulate students'innovation and entrepreneurship potential.The research provides reference for rational understanding of entrepreneurship and improving entrepreneurship education of college students.
