“双减”政策下乡村学校课后服务:意义、困境与优化路径 被引量:4

摘要 课后服务作为“双减”政策贯彻落实的有效路径,是建设我国高质量教育体系的重要环节,对促进乡村中小学学生核心素养提升,推进乡村学校教育“减负增效”,以及坚持城乡融合、实现教育公平具有重要意义。乡村学校存在教育理念落后模糊课后服务的目标定位、工作负担与薪酬待遇脱嵌挫伤教师课后服务积极性、教育资源短缺与多样化需求矛盾窄化课后服务功能以及留守儿童占比过高影响课后服务家校协作效果等问题。基于此,提出树立课后服务正确价值理念,促进多元主体协同参与深度融合;完善教师课后服务薪酬机制,加强乡村学校师资队伍建设;结合地方乡土资源优势,创设乡村学校特色课后服务课程;完善家校协同育人机制,构建数字化课后服务资源共享平台等实践优化路径。 As an effective way to implement the"double reduction"policy,after-school service is an important part of building a high-quality education system in China,and is important for promoting the improvement of students'core literacy in rural primary and secondary schools,advancing the"reduction of burden and increase of efficiency"in rural school education,and adhering to the integration of urban and rural areas to achieve educational equity.In rural schools,there are problems such as the lack or backuardness of educational philosophy Leading to illegibility of orentation of the after-school service,the disconnection between workload and salary demotivating teachers',and the lack of educational resources and the contradiction of diversified needs narrowing the function of the after-school service and high proportion of the left behind children affecting the effect of home-school collaboration.Based on this,we propose to establish the correct value concept of after-school service,promote the participation and deep integration of multiple subjects,improve the salary mechanism of teachers'after-school service,strengthen the construction of teachers'team in rural schools,create special afterschool service courses in rural schools by combining the advantages of local resources,improve the mechanism of home-school collaborative education,and build a high-quality online after-school service sharing platform and other practical optimization paths.
