摘要
在从脱贫攻坚转入乡村振兴的过程中,教育振兴无疑是最为根本的关注重点。在控辍保学已经完成,对显性辍学现象根本杜绝的同时,源于文化、风俗以及个体成长特征的乡村青少年隐性辍学问题对乡村青少年成长、乡村家庭和谐发展以及乡村教育振兴产生重要阻碍,需要高度关注。文章在对西部乡村某校师生的深度访谈及参与式观察的基础上,归纳出隐性辍学的典型特征,并结合实际在隐性辍学的成因方面按照“志辍”“力辍”“人辍”三个维度进行深入分析。结果表明,隐性辍学现象的发生有其客观和主观因素,在推进中国式现代化进程中实现乡村教育振兴,应在乡村青少年学习兴趣、自我效能、判别能力等方面加强引导,逐步消解隐性辍学困境,倡导乡村青少年的健康成长成才。
ln the process of shifting from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,education revitalization is undoubtedly the most fundamental focus of attention.While the control of the fundamental elimination of the phenomenon of explicit dropout has completed,the hidden problem of rural adolescents due to culture,customs and individual growth characteristics needs attention.It can be predicted that behind this phenomenon is an important obstacle to the revitalization of rural education,the growth of rural youth,and the harmonious development of rural families.Based on in-depth interviews and participatory observations of teachers and students in a school in western rural areas,the study summarizes the typical characteristics of recessive dro-pout and the causes of"target","capability"and"presence".In the current period of social acceleration,we should pay attention to the guidance of rural adolescents in terms of learning interest,self-efficacy,and judgment ability,gradually eliminate the dilemma of recessive dro-pout,advocate the healthy growth of rural adolescents.
