中国—东盟文献资源战略保障体系研究——基于美国经验的启示

Research on the Strategic Guarantee System of China-ASEAN Document Resources:Inspiration from American Experience

文章对美国的东盟文献资源战略保障体系建设进行了论述,以期为我国在东盟乃至“一带一路”周边其他国家和地区的文献资源保障体系建设提供参考。通过总结美国经验,结合我国现实情况,文章认为可以从五个方面开展对东盟的文献资源保障体系建设:从国家需求层面,加强顶层设计;统筹管理,细化分工,实现资源的共知共建共享;拓宽采访渠道,加强东盟文化遗产资源建设;培养专业化人才,积极开展国际合作;利用新技术,提高服务效能等。

This paper discusses the construction of the strategic guarantee system of ASEAN literature resources in the United States,in order to provide reference for the construction of literature resources guarantee system in ASEAN and other countries and regions around the Belt and Road.By summarizing the experience of the United States and combining with the reality of our country,the article believes that the construction of the literature resource guarantee system for ASEAN can be carried out from five aspects:strengthening the top-level design from the national demand level;coordinating management,refining the division of labor,and realizing the co-construction and sharing of resources;broadening the channels of interviews,strengthening the construction of ASEAN cultural heritage resources;cultivating professional talents,actively carrying out international cooperation,using new technologies,and improving service efficiency.
