玻纤增强PA6低压连接器注塑成型工艺优化

Optimization of Injection Molding Process of Glass Fiber Reinforced PA6 Low Voltage Connector

摘要 文章模拟了某低压连接器的注塑成型过程并探究了工艺参数的优化方案。基于单点进胶方案分析得到最佳的浇口位置,并建立热流道系统。针对初始工艺条件下安装孔最大轴向同心度超标的问题,设计正交试验以获得工艺参数的影响规律。结果表明:优化的工艺参数组合为A3B2C3D3E1F3。通过工艺优化,低压连接器安装孔最大轴向同心度下降35.2%,并满足目标要求。通过仿真模拟、实际试模及安装测试,验证了优化工艺的可用性。 The injection molding process of a low-pressure connector was simulated and the optimization scheme of process parameters was explored.Based on the analysis of single point feeding scheme,the best gate position is obtained,and the hot runner system is established.Aiming at the problem that the maximum axial concentricity of the mounting hole exceeds the standard under the initial process conditions,an orthogonal test was designed to obtain the influence law of the process parameters.The results show that the optimized process parameter combination is A3B2C3D3E1F3.Through process optimization,the maximum axial concentricity of the low-voltage connector mounting hole is reduced by 35.2% and meets the target requirements.The availability of the optimized process is verified by simulation,actual test and installation test.
