苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯在华南地区设施内外番茄中的残留及消解动态

Residue and Decline Trials of Difenoconazole and Azoxystrobin in Tomato in Field and Greenhouse

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-质谱法,研究了苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯在设施内外番茄中消解动态及其残留量,结合气象因子对产生残留差异的原因进行了分析。样品中的苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯经乙腈提取,乙二胺氮丙基硅烷(PSA)、石墨化碳(GCB)净化,UPLC-MS/MS检测;结果表明:苯醚甲环唑、嘧菌酯在设施中的消解速率均慢于其在露地中的,苯醚甲环唑在露地和设施内番茄中的半衰期分别是3.4和8.0 d,嘧菌酯在露地和设施内番茄中的半衰期分别是2.9和13.3 d。两种农药均是在设施内残留量高于露地番茄中的,而温度和降雨可能是引起农药在设施内外蔬菜上残留差异的主要因子。 The study investigates the degradation dynamics and residues of difenoconazole and azoxystrobin in tomato plants,utilizing High-performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry.The research also examines the underlying causes of residue differences,considering meteorological factors.Difenoconazole and azoxystrobin were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by PSA and GCB,and determined by UPLC-MS/MS.The results showed that the degradation rate of both difenoconazole and azoxystrobin was slower in the greenhouse compared to the field.The half-lives of difenoconazole were 3.4 and 8.0 days in the field and in the greenhouse,respectively,while the half-life of azoxystrobin was 2.9 days in the field and 13.3 days in the greenhouse.Furthermore,the residues of both pesticides were higher in the greenhouse than in the open field,with temperature and rainfall identified as the primary factors influencing the difference of pesticide residues found in tomatoes.
