深井孤岛煤柱工作面停采线设计及巷道围岩控制

摘要 车集煤矿深井孤岛煤柱工作面开采具有埋深大、应力高、三侧采空的特点,其停采线末端方向布置该工作面的出煤巷道。为探究工作面开采过程中应力分布特点保证工作面正常回采及出煤巷道的稳定,通过构建工作面超前应力分布模型,利用FLAC3D模拟工作面不同推进长度对回采巷道的影响,揭示了工作面不同停采线位置下巷道围岩应力分布及变形破坏机理,基于此提出巷道围岩控制方案;理论计算得出工作面最佳停采线位置为距出煤巷道帮部21.9 m处;模拟得出停采线距出煤巷道超过28.5 m时,超前煤柱压力趋于稳定,塑性区增加幅度微小,围岩变形处于合理范围;采用了锚索加强和支柱联合支护方案,实现了深井高应力煤柱工作面开采合理停采线位置确定及出煤巷道支护方式。 The mining of the isolated island coal pillar working face in the deep well of Juji coal mine has the characteristics of large burial depth,high stress and goaf on three sides.In order to explore the characteristics of stress distribution in the mining process of the working face and ensure the normal mining of the working face and the stability of the coal outlet,build a forward stress distribution model of the working face,and uses the FLAC3D software to simulate and analyze the working face and the coal outlet roadway under different stop line positions.The characteristics of rock stress distribution and deformation failure reveal the stress distribution and deformation failure mechanism of the roadway surrounding rock during the continuous advancement of the working face,and based on this,a control plan for the roadway surrounding rock is proposed;at 21.9 m from the side of the coal exit roadway;the simulation shows that when the stop line is more than 28.5 m away from the coal exit roadway,the pressure of the leading coal pillar tends to be stable,the increase in the plastic zone is small,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is within a reasonable range;the strong and pillar joint support scheme realizes the determination of the reasonable stop line position and the support method of the coal exit roadway in the mining of the high-stress coal pillar working face of the deep well.
