2010—2021年我国煤矿安全事故分析及安全对策研究

Analysis of Coal Mine Safety Accidents and Research on Safety Countermeasures in China from 2010 to 2021

通过对2010—2021年我国煤矿安全事故的统计整理,从事故发生的级别、类型、时间、地域等方面来对事故进行分析,总结事故发生的普遍特征,为从宏观角度研究煤矿安全对策提供了有力的依据。研究结果表明:我国煤矿安全事故死亡人数总体呈下降趋势,特别是从2014—2021年特别重大事故发生率几乎为0;通过分析可知,煤矿安全事故多发于夏季,冬季事故率较低,存在明显的季节性规律;根据统计分析我国主要的煤矿安全事故为顶板事故、瓦斯事故、爆炸事故等;通过煤矿事故发生的规律,提出了相应的防范对策,煤矿企业可以加强对第二、第三类危险源的管理。

Through the statistical collation of coal mine safety accidents in China from 2010 to 2021,the accidents are analyzed from the aspects of accident level,type,time,region,etc.,and the common characteristics of accidents are summarized,which provides a strong basis for the study of coal mine safety countermeasures from a macro perspective.The results show that the death toll of coal mine safety accidents in China is on the decline,especially from 2014 to 2021,the incidence of special major accidents is almost zero.The analysis shows that coal mine safety accidents are more frequent in summer,and the accident rate is lower in winter,and there is an obvious seasonal law.According to the statistical analysis of the main coal mine safety accidents in China are roof accident,gas accident,explosion accident and so on;according to the rules of coal mine accidents,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,and the coal mine enterprises can strengthen the management of the second and third types of hazard sources.
