煤巷中不同截割部位对粉尘运移扩散规律的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决煤巷掘进过程中粉尘产量大,降尘难度大且截割部位空间狭小的问题,基于κ-ε两方程湍流模型,采用CFD数值模拟的方法,建立了煤巷巷道全尺寸模型,研究了煤巷不同产尘部位粉尘的运移扩散规律。结果表明:在掘进头和掘进工作面之间,由于掘进机的存在,产生了涡流区和回流区;在这些风流的综合作用下,当靠近顶板的截割部位产尘时,巷道内粉尘浓度远高于其他部位;在进行干式除尘时,风流携带粉尘积聚在风筒的另一侧。 In order to solve the problems such as large dust production,difficulty in dust reduction and narrow cutting position during coal road excavation,based on the κ-ε two-equation turbulence model and using the CFD numerical simulation method,a full-scale model of coal roadway is established,and the law of dust migration and diffusion in different dust-producing parts of coal roadway is studied.The simulation results show that,between the tunneling head and the tunneling face,due to the existence of the tunneling machine,a vortex zone and a backflow zone are generated.Under the combined effect of these air currents,it is found that when dust is generated at the cutting part near the roof,the dust concentration in the roadway is much higher than that in other parts.When performing dry dust removal,it was found that the air current carried dust accumulated on the other side of the air cylinder.
