基于嵌入式PLC和LabVIEW的矿井排水监控系统

摘要 针对矿井排水参数监测不便、水位监测准确度不高及排水效率低的问题,设计了基于嵌入式PLC和LabVIEW的矿井排水监控系统。系统采用嵌入式PLC实现信号采集和排水控制。水位信号由多种传感器采集,并采用卡尔曼滤波和数据融合的方法获取监测值。涌水超过安全水位时,调用PID算法控制水泵电机,自动调节水位。利用LabVIEW设计的监控中心,可通过Wi-Fi通信模块实时远程监测排水参数。实验表明系统具有较高的实时性和水位监测准确度,可实现矿井排水无人值守。 Aiming at the problems of inconvenient monitoring of mine drainage parameters,low accuracy of water level monitoring and low drainage efficiency,a mine drainage monitoring system based on embedded PLC and LabVIEW is designed.The system adopts embedded PLC to realize signal acquisition and drainage control.The water level signal is collected by a variety of sensors,and the monitoring value is obtained by means of Kalman filtering and data fusion.When the water inflow exceeds the safe water level,PID algorithm is called to control the pump motor and automatically adjust the water level.The monitoring center designed by LabVIEW can monitor the drainage parameters remotely and in real time through the Wi-Fi communication module.The experiment shows that the system has high real-time performance and water level monitoring accuracy,and can realize mine drainage unattended.
