碳中和目标下绿色矿山发展路径研究

Research on Development Path of Green Mines under Carbon Neutrality Target

基于我国现在的能源结构和经济社会发展特点,分析碳中和目标下煤炭行业转型升级方向:我国煤炭生产基地逐步向西北地区转移;更多的煤炭企业兼并重组,促使行业集约化发展;绿色矿山建设是煤炭行业实现碳中和目标的重要举措。综合评价了绿色矿山建设现状以及存在问题,绿色矿山建设水平和布局区域需进一步提高,还需向深层次全面推进。分析了碳中和目标下,煤炭企业绿色矿山建设的重要意义及发展路径。提出,立足碳中和目标,加大科技投入,推动矿山智能化建设;搭建可视化的人、机、物、法、环境一体化的生产调度平台,实现矿山生产的数字化;发展节能低碳的煤炭开采新技术,建设智慧型“零碳矿井”以及“零碳矿区”。

Based on current energy structure and economic and social development characteristics in China,analyzes the transformation and upgrading direction of the coal industry under the goal of carbon neutrality:coal production bases are gradually shifting to the northwest in China.Construction is an important measure for the coal industry to achieve its carbon neutrality goal.The current situation and existing problems of green mine construction are comprehensively evaluated.The construction level and layout area of green mines need to be further improved,and it needs to be comprehensively promoted to a deeper level.Analyzes the significance and development path of green mine construction in coal enterprises under the carbon neutrality goal.It is proposed to increase investment in science and technology based on the goal of carbon neutrality,and promote the intelligent construction of mines;build a visual production scheduling platform integrating man,machine,material,law and environment to realize the digitization of mine production;develop energy-saving and low-carbon coal mining new technologies and building smart"zero carbon mines"and"zero carbon mining areas".
