“国培计划”项目评价体系构建

摘要 在“国培计划”项目的实施中,根据CIPP模型和柯氏评估模型等评价理论构建项目评价体系,涵盖训前、训中、训后三个阶段,每个阶段设若干评价指标,各评价指标细化多项评价要素,并赋相应的分值。此评价体系是培训承训单位对本单位实施培训效果的自我评价。构建“国培计划”项目评价体系,对于提升“国培计划”项目管理的科学性和实效性、教师培训提质增效具有重要意义。 In the implementation of the“National Training Program”,the project evaluation system was constructed according to the evaluation theories such as the CIPP model and the Kirkpatrick evaluation model,covering three stages of pre-training,training,and post-training.Several evaluation indicators were set for each stage.Multiple evaluation elements were refined for each indicator and corresponding scores were assigned.This evaluation system is the self-evaluation of the training effect by the training unit itself.The construction of the project evaluation system for the“National Training Program”is of great significance for improving the scientificity and effectiveness of the“National Training Program”project management,and improving the quality and efficiency of teacher training.
