研究生兼职辅导员在“00后”新生入学教育中的作用发挥

The Role of Postgraduate Part-time Counselors in the Entrance Education of“Post-00s”Freshmen

做好高校思想政治工作,要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。新生入学教育是高校思想政治教育的奠基工程和引航工程,是新生了解大学、规范行为、树立目标的第一课。研究生兼职辅导员具有教师、学生、朋辈的三重身份,与“00后”新生年龄相仿,思维新、素质强,在新生入学教育中发挥着独特的作用。文章针对“00后”新生的群体特征,结合研究生兼职辅导员的优势,分析探究研究生兼职辅导员在“00后”新生入学教育这一具体场景中的作用发挥。

To do a good job in ideological and political work in colleges and universities,we must adapt to the situation,advance with the times,and update with the situation.The entrance education of freshmen is the foundation project and pilot project of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and it is the first lesson for freshmen to understand the university,standardize their behavior,and set goals.Postgraduate part-time counselors have the triple identities of teachers,students,and peers.They are about the same age as“post-00s”freshmen,with new thinking and high quality,playing a unique role in the entrance education of freshmen.Based on the group characteristics of“post-00s”freshmen,combined with the advantages of postgraduate part-time counselors,this paper analyzes and explores the role of postgraduate part-time counselors in the specific situation of the entrance education of“post-00s”freshmen.
