在“互联网+”时代,在地国际化为高校国际化人才培养提供了新思路。以“互联网+”思维打造新的人才培养模式,对推动高校的国际化发展具有重要意义。该文围绕在地国际化人才培养模式,分析互联网时代在地国际化人才培养的特征和价值意蕴,通过构建在地国际化办学理念、人才培养目标、国际网络课程平台与体系、国际化项目资源库等,实现人才培养的在地国际化目标。

In the post-epidemic era,local internationalization provides a new idea for the international development of colleges and universities,and is also a new way of talent cultivation under the background of“Internet+”.Building a new talent training mode with“Internet+”thinking is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of local international education and cultivating high-level international talents.Focusing on the training mode of local international talents,this paper analyzes the characteristics and value implications of the training of local international talents in the current Internet era,and realizes the goal of local internationalization of talent training by constructing the concept of local international education,the goal of talent training,the platform and system of international network courses,and the resource base of international projects.
