摘要
机械加工精度和效率直接影响到制造产品的质量和生产成本。通过分析机械加工工艺技术中的误差来源,详细阐述了误差分析的方法和步骤,主要包括误差检测、误差识别、误差分析和误差控制等,并提出相应的误差改进措施及方法。研究结果可对提升机械加工工艺技术的水平提供一定理论和实践参考。
The accuracy and efficiency of machining directly affects the quality of manufactured products and production costs.This paper analyzes the sources of errors in machining process technology,and then elaborates the methods and steps of error analysis,mainly including error detection,error identification,error analysis and error control,and mentions the corresponding error improvement measures and methods.The research of this paper can provide some theoretical and practical reference for improving the level of machining process technology.
