电磁加热谷物真空干燥工艺研究

Study on Vacuum Drying Process of Electromagnetic Heating Grain

电磁加热真空干燥技术是目前干燥速度快、干燥过程易于控制且不产生污染的一种干燥方法,被广泛应用于农业生产和食品工业领域。以电磁感应加热技术工作原理及技术特性为基础,系统论述了电磁加热干燥技术在国内外的研究进展,并以水稻干燥为研究对象,探究电磁加热真空干燥技术对其干燥的影响,研究结果表明,电磁加热谷物干燥技术在进行食品加工干燥时,温度分布均匀,且目前相关装备较为成熟,可以满足实际生产的需求。研究结果可以为干燥技术的发展提供相应的技术参考与发展思路。

Electromagnetic heating vacuum drying technology is a drying method with fast drying speed,easy control of drying process and no pollution,which is widely used in agricultural production and food industry.Based on the working principle and technical characteristics of electromagnetic induction heating technology,this study systematically discusses the research progress of electromagnetic heating drying technology at home and abroad,and takes fruit and vegetable drying as the research object to explore the influence of electromagnetic heating vacuum drying technology on its drying.It is more mature and can meet the demand of actual production.The research results can provide corresponding technical reference and development ideas for the development of drying technology.
