摘要
企业要在激烈的建筑市场竞争中取胜,需要依靠全员的共同努力,而质量管理小组是实现全员参与质量改进的有效形式。通过开展小组活动提高了全体职工的质量管理意识,创新管理模式和方法,调动了基层员工的主动性和创造性,促进了工程建设质量改进、能耗降低、绩效提升。以为引汉济渭工程为实例,开展提高大管径PCCP管安装一次验收合格率小组课题,通过现状调查,数据分析等步骤确定了小组活动预定的目标,以开展QC小组活动的模式找到影响一次验收合格率的主要要因,通过活动前后对比提高了PCCP管安装一次验收合格率,加速了工程进度,降低了经济成本,赢得了良好的社会效益。
To win in the fierce competition in the construction market,enterprises need to rely on the joint efforts of all employees.The quality management team is an effective form of achieving full participation in quality improvement.By conducting group activities,the quality management awareness of all employees has been improved.Its Innovation management mode and method mobilized the initiative and creativity of grass-roots staff,and promoted the improvement of project construction quality,energy consumption reduction and performance improvement.Taking the Han to Wei River Water Diversion Project as an example,a group project was launched to improve the one-time acceptance rate of large diameter PCCP pipe installation.The predetermined goals for group activities were determined through current situation investigation,data analysis,and other steps.Identify the main factors that affect the first acceptance pass rate by conducting QC group activities.By comparing before and after the event,the one-time acceptance rate of PCCP pipe installation was improved,the project progress was accelerated,economic costs were reduced,and good social benefits were achieved.
