摘要
依托青海省海南州1300MW风电场项目,通过现场研究适用于冬季混凝土浇筑的保温棚,拟达到保温棚结构形式便于安装、拆卸,保温层材料保温效果优的目的,更主要利于现场混凝土浇筑进行施工,并且使现场混凝土浇筑质量得到保障;最后研究总结出一套适用于高寒高海拔风机基础冬季混凝土施工的保温棚,不仅能保证现场冬季混凝土施工的质量,还能保证现场施工进度,从而达到提高工效,减少成本支出,增加项目收益的目的。
Based on the 1300MW wind farm project in Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai Province,through onsite research on insulation sheds suitable for winter concrete pouring,it is planned to achieve the goal of easy installation and disassembly of the insulation shed structure,and excellent insulation effect of the insulation layer material.It is mainly beneficial for on-site concrete pouring and ensures the quality of on-site concrete pouring.Finally,a set of insulation sheds suitable for winter concrete construction of wind turbine foundations in alpine and high altitude areas was summarized through research.It not only ensures the quality of on-site winter concrete construction,but also ensures the progress of on-site construction,thereby achieving the goal of improving work efficiency,reducing cost expenditures,and increasing project revenue.
