摘要
工程质量风险是避免施工过程中质量缺陷、质量事故的产生,在工程施工中,采取规避、降低、消除等手段来应对工程质量风险的发生。工程质量风险存在于工程设计、施工建设及工程投入运行阶段,各级质量管理人员应从工程开工之初及施工过程中全面分析存在的工程质量风险并提前采取措施有效控制。质量风险按照“识别、评估、跟踪、控制”的流程进行管理。
Engineering quality risk management can avoid the occurrence of quality defects and quality accidents during the construction process.In engineering construction,measures such as avoidance,reduction,and elimination can be taken to address the occurrence of engineering quality risks.Engineering quality risks exist in the stages of engineering design,construction,and operation.Quality management personnel at all levels should comprehensively analyze the existing engineering quality risks at the beginning of the project and during the construction process,and take measures in advance to effectively control them.Quality risks are managed according to the process of"identification,evaluation,tracking,and control".
