With the resurgence of the era of large-scale infrastructure construction,water conservancy and hydropower projects,as traditional advantageous projects,are currently facing continuous impacts from giant companies in other engineering industries.The industry barriers previously established by traditional water conservancy construction enterprises will no longer exist.If anyone wants to take the lead in the fierce market competition,they must promote the modernization of the enterprise's management model.Taking the enterprise management of POWERCHINA SINOHYDRO ENGINEERING BUREAU 14 CO.,LTD.as an example,this paper conducts in-depth and thorough research on the current situation of enterprise management,and proposes innovative and perfect measures for the management of water resources and hydropower construction enterprises under the current situation,providing reference for enterprise management and promoting long-term development of enterprises.
