滾班制在斯里兰卡输水隧洞开挖中的应用

摘要 在常规的隧洞施工爆破开挖过程中,普遍采用的工作班是“两班制”“三八制”或“四六制”等工作班组制度,同时在隧洞建设中,长距离独头钻进施工又占据了很大比例,如何提高施工效率,保障工期,降低成本,对施工现场的组织管理提出了新的要求。在此形势下,现场管理者根据实际情况,适时推出新的施工班组即滚班制施工,打破常规的施工组织方法,既保障了专业化班组施工优势又大大提高了施工劳动效率,保障了工期,降低了成本,方便了施工管理。 In the conventional process of tunnel construction,blasting and excavation,the commonly used work shifts are"two shift system","38 shift system",or"46 shift system".At the same time,long-distance single head drilling construction accounts for a large proportion in tunnel construction.How to improve construction efficiency,ensure construction period,and reduce costs has put forward new requirements for the organization and management of construction sites.In this situation,the on-site manager timely introduced a new construction team,namely the rolling shift system,based on the actual situation,breaking the conventional construction organization method.It not only ensures the advantages of specialized team construction,but also greatly improves construction labor efficiency,ensures the construction period,reduces costs,and facilitates construction management.
