摘要
为解决农业综合开发水利工程项目建管存在问题,基于管理的角度,分析农业综合开发水利工程管理重点,对当前农业综合开发水利工程建管过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出提升规划水平、完善管理制度、强化现场监督与加强后期维护4个方面的对策建议。
To solve the problems in the construction and management of agricultural comprehensive development water conservancy engineering projects,this paper analyzes the key points of agricultural comprehensive development water conservancy engineering management from a management perspective.At the same time,it also analyzes the problems existing in the construction and management process of agricultural comprehensive development water conservancy projects,and proposes four countermeasures and suggestions:improving planning level,improving management system,strengthening on-site supervision,and strengthening post maintenance.
