摘要
催化裂化装置工艺流程复杂、管道设计难度高,管道设计的水平是决定装置能否稳定安全运行的重要因素。主要介绍了催化裂化装置中反应再生系统的反应油气管道、原料油进料管道、主风管道、催化剂管道、松动蒸汽管道,分馏系统的油浆泵、回炼油泵管道,吸收稳定、三旋框架、余热锅炉等系统中典型的管道设计注意事项。
The process of catalytic cracking unit is complex and the pipeline design is difficult.The level of pipeline design is an important factor in determining whether the unit can operate stably and safely.This paper mainly introduces the typical pipeline design considerations for the reaction and regeneration system including reaction oil and gas pipelines,feedstock oil pipelines,main air pipelines,catalyst pipelines,and steam loosening pipelines;the distillation system including slurry pump pipelines and recycling oil pump pipelines;and the absorption stabilization,three-spin framework,and waste heat boilers in the catalytic cracking unit.
