污水处理系统中抗性基因的研究进展

摘要 大量抗生素广泛应用于人类、兽医和农业,导致它们不断被释放到环境中。环境中累积的抗生素会诱导抗生素耐药基因(ARGs)和耐药细菌(ARB)的产生并广泛传播。ARGs和ARB的出现和传播极大降低了抗生素治疗人类和动物疾病的能力,对生态系统和人类健康造成威胁。污水处理系统被认为是ARGs的巨大存储库。因此,总结了目前关于污水处理厂中ARGs赋存状态、去除技术及研究手段等,为研究ARGs的环境行为归趋提供理论支撑。 The widespread use of large quantities of antibiotics in humans,veterinary medicine,and agriculture has resulted in their continuous release into the environment.The accumulation of antibiotics in the environment induces the creation and widespread of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)and resistant bacteria(ARBs)in the environment.The emergence and spread of ARGs and ARBs significantly reduce the ability of antibiotics to treat human and animal diseases,posing a threat to ecosystems and human health.Wastewater treatment systems are considered to be vast reservoirs of ARGs.This paper summarizes current information on the state of ARGs assigned,removal techniques,and research tools in wastewater treatment plants to provide theoretical support for the study of the environmental behavioral attribution of ARGs.
