摘要
采用加压反应制备苯并三氮唑,该工艺过程中溶剂为水,由于重氮化闭环反应没有酸参与反应,从而减少了重氮化过程产生焦油状物质,副反应较少,产品收率高。该工艺可实现连续化生产,产品品质高。同时对成品颜色产生影响的因素进行了研究,保证了产品质量。
Benzotriazole is prepared by a pressurized reaction,in which the solvent is water.Due to the absence of acid in the diazotization closed-loop reaction,the production of tar like substances during the diazotization process is reduced,with fewer side reactions and high product yield.This process can achieve continuous production and high product quality.This article also studied the factors that affect the color of the finished product,ensuring product quality.
