新时代乡村文化振兴的困境及其应对路径研究

新时代乡村文化振兴蕴含着为推进乡村振兴提供精神动力、为文化自信增强底气、为提升乡村社会文明程度夯实基础的价值意蕴。同时也面临着现代化进程中城镇化过程中农民大量迁出乡村、乡村文化政策缺位、乡村文化人才缺失以及来自封建残余思想与糟粕文化消极影响的困境。为此,围绕乡村文化振兴,需要从以下四个方面开展工作:一是大力发展乡村文化产业,为乡村文化振兴提供雄厚的经济支持;二是加大乡村文化建设扶持力度,为乡村文化振兴提供坚强的政府支持;三是建好乡村文化人才队伍,为乡村文化振兴提供可靠的人力支持;四是重塑乡风文明的主流地位,为乡村文化振兴提供长久的精神支持。

The revitalization of rural culture in the new era contains the value implication of providing spiritual motivation for promoting rural revitalization,enhancing cultural confidence,and laying a solid foundation for improving rural social civilization.At the same time,it is also facing the dilemma of a large number of farmers moving out of the countryside during the process of urbanization in the process of modernization,the absence of rural cultural policies,the lack of rural cultural talents,and the negative influence of feudal ideology and dross culture.Therefore,around the revitalization of rural culture,the work needs to be carried out in the following four aspects:First,to vigorously develop the rural cultural industry and provide strong economic support for the revitalization of rural culture.The second is to increase support for rural cultural construction and provide strong government support for the revitalization of rural culture.The third is to build a rural cultural talent team and provide reliable human support for the revitalization of rural culture.The fourth is to reshape the mainstream position of rural civilization and provide long-term spiritual support for the revitalization of rural culture.
