“三全育人”模式的现实困境及实践路径探析——以长春工程学院研究生“三全育人”工作模式为例

摘要 推进“三全育人”模式对于贯彻落实立德树人根本任务、培养时代新人、提高高校思政工作具有重要意义。由于部分高校实施“三全育人”模式时存在偏差,导致出现全员育人理念未达成共识、全过程育人未能有效贯通、全方位育人存在缺陷等问题。针对存在的问题并结合研究生学院推进“三全育人”模式的策略从整合学生工作队伍,实现全员育人、遵循学生成长规律,实现全过程育人、实施“强融合”体系,推进全方位育人三方面探讨我校研究生学院推进“三全育人”的实施路径,以期为院系层面推进“三全育人”模式提供借鉴。 Promoting the“three-aspected education”mode is of great significance for carrying out the fundamental task of moral education,cultivating new people of the era,and improving the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.Due to the deviation in the implementation of the“three-aspected education”mode in some colleges and universities,there are some problems,such as no consensus on the concept of all staff education,ineffective completion of the whole process of education,and defects in all-around education.According to the existing problems and combined with the strategy of the graduate school to promote the“three-aspected education”mode,this paper discusses the implementation path of the graduate school to promote the“three-aspected education”mode from three aspects:integrating the student work team,realizing the all staff education,following the law of student growth,to realize the whole-process education,implementing the“strong integration”system,and promoting the all-round education,which is to provide a reference for the department level to promote the“three-aspected education”model.
