摘要
提升规模以上工业企业绿色创新效率,是促进工业企业高质量、可持续发展的必然选择。以2015-2022年安徽16市规模以上工业企业为研究对象,首先,从投入产出视角构建规模以上工业企业绿色创新效率评价指标体系。其次,运用超效率SBM-Malmquist模型对安徽16市规模以上工业企业绿色创新效率进行测度与评价,从静、动态两个层面揭示各市规模以上工业企业绿色创新效率水平及时空演化规律。最后,结合分析结果,提出针对性对策建议,为加快安徽工业企业实现绿色发展提供借鉴。
Improving the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size is an inevitable choice to promote high-quality and sustainable development of industrial enterprises.This article takes industrial enterprises above designated size in 16 cities of Anhui Province China from 2015 to 2022 as the research subjects.Firstly,from the perspective of input-output,a green innovation efficiency evaluation index system for industrial enterprises above designated size is constructed.Secondly,the super efficiency SBM Malmquist model is used to measure and evaluate the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in 16 cities of Anhui Province,revealing the level and spatiotemporal evolution law of green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in each city from both static and dynamic perspectives.Finally,based on the analysis results,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for accelerating the green development of industrial enterprises in Anhui Province.
