The new layout of the“trinity”of education,technology,and talent in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is further deepening of the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education;educating people for the Party and the country and providing education that satisfies the people is a concrete manifestation of the Party’s stance toward the people;adhering to priority of developing education and accelerating the construction of a powerful nation in education is the strategic precursor to achieving Chinese-style modernization;building a high-quality education system,developing quality education,and promoting educational equity are the overall requirements for educational development.Further understanding the new ideas and strategies,grasping the new requirements,and better implementing the various deployments have important theoretical significance and practical value.
