一种印加果籽油组合物改善皮肤屏障功效研究

摘要 为了探究印加果籽油、神经酰胺和角鲨烷的组合物在皮肤屏障修复和保湿方面的作用,采用重组人表皮模型,通过测量跨膜电阻、测定皮肤屏障与保湿相关基因和蛋白的表达,评价组合物对皮肤屏障功能的改善和保湿效果。跨膜电阻试验结果显示,印加果籽油、神经酰胺和角鲨烷的组合物相较单独组分和双成分组合能够显著提升跨膜电阻(TER)值;相关基因和蛋白试验结果显示,组合物显著提高丝聚蛋白(FLG)、角蛋白10(K10)、转谷氨酰胺酶(TGM)和紧密连接蛋白(CLD)的mRNA和FLG蛋白的表达,显著提升水通道蛋白3(AQP3)的mRNA表达水平,优于单独组分和双成分组合。所以,印加果籽油、神经酰胺与角鲨烷的组合物具有改善皮肤屏障和保湿的效果。 To investigate the effects of the combination of Plukenetia volubilis seed oil,ceramides and squalane on skin barrier repair and moisturization,a recombinant human epidermal model was used to measure transepithelial resistance(TER)and the expression of genes and proteins related to skin barrier and moisturizing were detected.The repair and moisturizing effects of the combination on skin barrier function were evaluated.The results of TER showed that the combination of Plukenetia volubilis seed oil,ceramide and squalane could significantly improve the TER value.The results of expression of genes and proteins showed the combination of Plukenetia volubilis seed oil,ceramide and squalane can significantly increase the expression of FLG,K10,TGM,CLD mRNA and FLG protein,as well as the expression of AQP3 mRNA,which was better than individual component and two-ingredient combinations.As a result,the combination of Plukenetia volubilis seed oil,ceramide and squalane has the effect of improving the skin barrier and moisturizing.
