Anti-wrinkle effect of an bioactive peptide compound on human skin and its safety evaluation were studied in this paper.Human clinical tests were used to evaluate it based on three dimensions:researcher evaluation, instrument measurement and subject self-evaluation.The results showed that after using the compound for 4,8 and 12 weeks, the dryness, elasticity, gloss, fine wrinkles and crow’s feet of the skin on the test side were significantly improved compared with the basic values before use(P<0.05),and with the increase of using time, the effect was also better;after 1,4,8 weeks of use,the skin moisture content of the test side was significantly higher than that before use(P<0.05);after 1,4,8,12 weeks of use,the skin elasticity(R2)of the test side was significantly improved compared with that before use(P<0.05).Based on image analysis, the area of crow’s feet on the test side after 12 weeks of use was significantly smaller than that before use(P<0.05).The test results showed that the test product had good anti-wrinkle effect on human body.No case of grade 1 or above skin adverse reactions occurred during the 12 weeks test period, indicating that the bioactive peptide compound had good safety.
