温和控油型氨基酸洁面乳的制备及性能研究

摘要 以椰油酰甘氨酸钠为主表面活性剂、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱和月桂酰两性基乙酸钠为辅助表面活性剂,制备了控油型氨基酸洁面乳。通过测定不同pH的氨基酸洁面乳黏度随转速的变化曲线,研究了pH对氨基酸洁面乳流变特性的影响。通过测定皮肤的油脂含量以及志愿者的使用效果评估,评价椰油酰甘氨酸钠洁面乳对皮肤的控油效果。结果表明,pH值在5.8~6.5时膏体具有良好的外观及清洁效果,志愿者使用试验产品2、4、8 h后皮肤油脂含量较使用前显著降低。所得结果可为温和控油型氨基酸洁面乳的制备提供依据。 An oil-controlled amino acid cleanser was prepared by using cocoylglycinate as the main surfactant,cocoamide-propyl hydroxyl sulfobetaine and sodium lauryl amphoteric acetate as the auxiliary surfactants.By determining the variation curve of viscosity with rotational speed of amino acid cleanser with different pH,effect of pH on the rheological characteristics of amino acid cleanser was studied.By measuring the oil content of the skin and evaluating the use effect of volunteers,the oil control effect of sodium coco-glycine cleanser on skin was evaluated.The results showed that the pH value of the cream ranged from 5.8 to 6.5,and it had a good appearance and cleaning effect.After using the test product for 2,4,8 h,the oil content of the skin decreased significantly compared with that before use.The results can provide important basis for the preparation of mild oil control amino acid cleanser.
