大庆油田地面工程提质增效措施及形势对策分析

摘要 大庆油田地面工程系统在优化简化控投资、数智化建设提效率、管道治理加力度等方面已取得显著成效,但仍面临效益建产难度大,数字化转型与智能化发展步伐加快,采出水处理难度大,以及管道失效治理任务艰巨等严峻形势。为此,大庆油田地面工程系统要继续深化应用“三优一简”措施,持续提升地面建设水平,深入开展油田地面数智化建设,全面提升采出水处理质量,持续强化管道失效治理,切实做好提质增效工作,奋力开创油田高质量发展新局面。 The surface engineering system of Daqing Oilfield has achieved remarkable results in opti-mizing and simplifying investment control,improving efficiency of digital and intelligent construction,and strengthening pipeline management.However,it still faces severe situations such as the difficulty of benefit production and construction,the accelerated pace of digital transformation and intelligent devel-opment,the difficulty of produced water treatment,and the arduous task of pipeline failure manage-ment.To this end,the surface engineering system of Daqing Oilfield should continue to deepen the ap-plication of the"three optimizations and one simplification"measures to continuously improve the sur-face construction level,carry out the construction of oilfield surface digital intelligence,comprehen-sively improve the quality of produced water treatment,continue to strengthen the treatment of pipe-line failure,do a good job in improving quality and efficiency,and strive to create a new situation of high-quality development of the oilfield.
