绥德县畜间黑热病综合防治调研

Investigation on Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Kala-azar in Livestock in Suide County

黑热病(Kala-azar)亦称内脏利什曼病(Visceral leishmaniasis),是一种严重的人畜共患传染病。近年来,绥德县陆续发生了几起人患黑热病的病例,追溯历史上黑热病在人、畜间的发生情况,绥德县广大医护人员和畜牧兽医从业人员经过深入流调监测,分析该病发生原因,提出今后黑热病综合预防控制的建议。

Kala-azar,also known as visceral leishmaniasis,is a serious zoonosis.In recent years,several human cases of ka-la azar have occurred in Suide County.Tracing back to the historical occurrence of kala-azar among people and livestock,the majority of medical and nursing personnel and livestock and veterinary practitioners in Suide County have conducted in-depth epidemiological monitoring,analyzed the causes of the disease,and put forward suggestions for comprehensive prevention and control of kala-azar in the future.
