罗伊适应护理模式对甲状腺癌根治患者认知情绪调节及并发症的影响

Effect of Roy Adaptive Nursing Model on Cognitive and Emotional Regulation and Complications in Patients Treated with Radical Thyroid Cancer

目的探讨罗伊适应护理模式对甲状腺癌根治患者认知情绪调节及并发症的影响.方法将86例甲状腺癌手术患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例.对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者开展罗伊适应护理模式,比较两组甲状腺癌患者认知情绪调节及并发症情况.结果研究组患者癌因性疲乏分值明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论对甲状腺癌手术患者实施罗伊适应护理模式能够有效改善癌因性疲乏,减轻负性情绪,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the effect of Roy adaptive nursing model on cognitive-emotional regulation and mindfulness in patients treated with radical thyroid cancer.Method 86 patients with thyroid cancer were randomly divided into control group and study group,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received Roy adaptive nursing mode;Cognitive emotion regulation and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The score of cancer-related fatigue in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Roy adaptive nursing model for patients with thyroid cancer surgery can effectively improve cancer-related fatigue,reduce negative emotions,and reduce complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
