基于Ventsim的瑶岗仙钨矿通风系统优化研究

摘要 瑶岗仙钨矿是多中段平硐开拓的高山型矿井,自然风压影响巨大,深部中段通地表的平硐在炎热季节产生反风,且风量分配不均,有效风量率低等。本次优化研究,通过拟定两个优化研究方案比较分析,最终确定采用平硐压入进风+不独立分区回风压抽混合式通风方案,并采用Ventsim通风网络模拟软件进行模拟解算分析,确保优化研究方案的安全可靠性。 Yaogangxian tungsten mine is a high mountain type mine developed with multiple mid level adits.The natural wind pressure has a huge impact,and the deep mid level adits that connect to the surface generate reverse wind during the hot season,with uneven distribution of air volume and low effective air volume rate.In this optimization,two optimization research plans were compared and analyzed,and the final decision was made to adopt a mixed ventilation plan of adit pressure inlet and non independent partition return air pressure extraction.Ventsim ventilation network simulation software was used for simulation calculation and analysis to ensure the safety and reliability of the optimization research plan.
