提高铅精矿中铜回收率生产实践

摘要 文章围绕现场磨矿细度偏粗、浮选时间偏短、分选效果不理想,导致铜铅精矿中铜回收率偏低的问题,通过增加球磨机日补加钢球的种类、缩小补加钢球尺寸;通过改进工艺流程,适当延长精选时间;采用铜铅混选、苯胺黑药作为主要捕收剂,硫酸锌、硫化钠、亚硫酸钠作为组合抑制剂等措施,使磨矿细度提高3%~5%,为铜创造更多的上浮机会。2022年上半年,铜回收率为55.34%,比近两年平均值50%提高了5.34%,有效地提高了铅锌矿铅精矿中铜回收率。 In Qibaoshan Mine,the problem of lower copper recovery in the lead-copper bulk concentrate,which resulted from coarse grinding fineness,shouter flotation time,and poor separation efficiency,was disclosed by adding more kinds of size steel ball,modifying the flowsheet,increasing cleaner time,taking amino-dithiophosphate as the main collector in the copper-lead bulk flotation,and zinc sulfate,sodium sulfide,sodium sulfite as combined depressor,and enhancing the grinding fineness by 3%~5%.In the first half year of 2022,the copper recovery is increase from 50%,the average date in the past two years,to 55.34%,which 5.34%is improved,which effectively in improved the copper recovery rate in lead-zinc ore lead concentrate.
