摘要
针对江西铜业股份有限公司贵溪冶炼厂新材料车间废水处理工序产出的废水渣含氯高的特点,通过开展技术攻关,获得最佳工艺条件:溶液酸度60 g/L,液固比4∶1,温度80℃以上,反应时间2.5 h。生产实践表明,此工艺适合废水渣脱氯,达到了废水渣中氯的脱除目的,废水渣中氯的脱除率为85%。
According to the high content of chlorine in the waste water slag of the wastewater treatment process in Guixi Smelter,Jiangxi Copper Company Limited.By carrying out technical breakthroughs,obtaining the optimal process conditions:solution acidity 60 g/L,liquid solid ratio 4∶1,temperature above 80℃,reaction time 2.5 h.Production practice shows that this process is suit to the removing chlorine of waste water slag,achieving the purpose of the removing chlorine in waste water slag,the departure rate of chlorine in waste water slag is 85%.
