超音速火焰喷涂WC-CrC-9Ni硬质合金涂层微观组织及摩擦磨损性能研究

摘要 WC-CrC-9Ni硬质合金复合涂层具有抗磨损、抗腐蚀等优点。文章采用超音速火焰喷涂工艺在304不锈钢基材表面制备了WC-CrC-9Ni涂层,并研究了涂层的摩擦磨损性能及机制。研究结果表明:304不锈钢基材摩擦系数在0.35~0.70之间变化,磨痕轮廓深度约为85~100μm,平均磨损量约为3.5×10^(-5)mm^(3)/N·m;WC-CrC-9Ni涂层的摩擦系数相对平稳一些,在0.3上下波动,其磨痕轮廓深度为7~12μm,平均磨损量约为0.19×10^(-5)mm^(3)/N·m,各项参数均明显优于304不锈钢基材,因而该型涂层可大幅提升304不锈钢基材的耐磨损性能。 WC-CrC-9Ni cemented carbide coating has advantages of superior wear resistance and corrosion resistance.In this work,WC-CrC-9Ni coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrates by high velocity oxy-fuel flame(HVOF)spraying.The tribological properties and mechanisms of WC-CrC-9Ni coating were investigated.The results show that the friction coefficient of 304 stainless steel substrate fluctuates greatly from 0.35~0.70.The depth of the wear track and average wear volume loss of the substrate are about 85~100μm and 3.5×10^(-5)mm^(3)/N·m,respectively.The friction coefficient of WC-CrC-9Ni cemented carbide coating prepared by HVOF is relatively stable and fluctuates around 0.3.The wear track depth and average wear volume loss of the HVOF coating are about 7~12μm and 0.19×10^(-5)m^(3)/N·m,respectively.All these parameters of HVOF coating are superior than those of 304 stainless steel.Therefore,this type of coating can significantly improve the wear resistance of 304 stainless steel.
