电弧炉低成本高效冶炼集成技术的应用

摘要 莱钢特钢事业部电炉炼钢系统受多种因素影响,产能未得到充分释放,严重影响电炉炼钢各项经济指标。通过研究应用经济炉料结构下电炉快速冶炼技术、电炉冶炼终点精准控制技术、电炉全周期非冶炼时间控制技术,有效地提高了生产效率,冶炼周期缩短4~6 min,冶炼电耗吨钢降低14~51 kW·h,电极消耗吨钢降低0.11~0.29 kg,石灰消耗吨钢降低4~7.8 kg,钢铁料消耗吨钢降低18~23 kg,渣中氧化铁含量将至20%以下,同时过氧化炉次大幅度降低,脱氧剂消耗降低,钢材全氧含量降低。 The electric furnace steelmaking system of Laigang Special Steel Business Unit is affected by various factors,and the production capacity has not been fully released,seriously affecting various economic indicators of electric furnace steelmaking.By studying and applying the rapid smelting technology of electric furnace under the economic burden structure,precise control technology of electric furnace smelting endpoint,and full cycle non smelting time control technology of electric furnace,the production efficiency has been effectively improved.The smelting cycle has been shortened by 4-6 minutes,the electricity consumption per ton of steel has been reduced by 14-51 kW h,the electrode consumption per ton of steel has been reduced by 0.11-0.29 kg,the lime consumption per ton of steel has been reduced by 4-7.8 kg,and the steel consumption per ton of steel has been reduced by 18-23 kg,The iron oxide content in the slag will be below 20%,while the number of peroxides will be significantly reduced,the consumption of deoxidizers will be reduced,and the total oxygen content of the steel will be reduced.
