摘要
在高铁水比电炉生产过程中,铁水比是影响电炉供氧量及其利用系数的重要因素。本研究结合理论分析和现场数据分析,发现在终点碳含量在0.049%~0.1%,氧气消耗量及其利用系数与铁水比具有较好的线性关系,对高铁水比电炉冶炼制定供氧制度具有一定的借鉴意义。
For the high hot metal charging rate in electric arc furnace(EAF),the rate of hot metal is an important factor to affect oxygen consumption and utilization coefficient.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between the ratio of hot iron and oxygen consumption and utilization coefficient in the process of high ratio of hot iron in EAF.Through the analysis of the theoretical and production data,the carbon content at the end point was in the range of 0.049%-0.1%,the oxygen consumption,oxygen utilization coefficient and the ratio of hot iron have a good linear relationship.It is of practical significance to use the ratio of hot iron to guide the oxygen supply operation in actual production process.
