X射线荧光光谱法测定高炉渣中氯离子的含量

摘要 将待检样品制备成74μm以下分析样品,经人工研磨消除团聚效应后,在压片机压力784 kN,保压时间15 s,制得表面致密、平整、光滑、不掉粉末的样片。依据GBT 3558—2014《艾氏卡混合溶剂融样-硫氰酸钾滴定法》对20个分析样品进行定值,选取氯离子含量范围为0.004%~0.140%的8个样品建立标准曲线,用X射线荧光测定炉渣中氯离子,测得结果精密度高、重复性好,X射线荧光的测定值与化学分析值相符。 The sample to be tested was prepared into an analytical sample below 74μm,and after manual grinding to eliminate the agglomeration effect,the sample with a dense,flat,smooth surface and no powder was prepared at a tablet press pressure of 784 kN and the holding time of 15 s.According to"GB/T 35582014 Ashica mixed solvent melting sample-potassium thiocyanate titration method",the values of 20 analysis samples were determined,and 8 samples with chloride ion content range of 0.004%-0.140%were selected to establish a standard curve,and chloride ions in slag were determined by X-ray fluorescence,and the measured results were precise and repeatable,and the measured value of X-ray fluorescence was consistent with the chemical analysis value.
